Traumatic posterior urethral strictures
Injections of fat cells into the penis are used in penile enlargement. The goal is to increase girth, or breadth, and, in certain circumstances, length. The process entails some risk. Penis swelling and deformation are possible side effects.
Bulbar urethral strictures
Bulbar (bulb-shaped) urethral stricture is a blockage of urine flow via the urethra that prevents the body from passing pee.
Erectile Dysfunction
The inability to obtain and maintain a hard adequate erection for intercourse is referred to as erectile dysfunction (impotence).

Anterior hypospadias
The urine hole is positioned on the head or just below the coronal border of the penis in anterior hypospadias (50 percent of cases). These are less serious flaws.
Chronic orchialgia (CO)
Chronic orchialgia is defined as three months of continuous or intermittent testicular discomfort that is uncomfortable to the patient.
Peyronie's Disease
Inside the penis, fibrous scar tissue generates curved, painful erections. Peyronie's disease is a condition caused by frequent penile injuries, which usually occur during intercourse or physical exercise.
Bladder cancer
