Dr. Ekathet Chansue

The founder and medical director of TRSC is Dr. Chansue. He finished his ophthalmology residency at Chiangmai Hospital after graduating. The International Ophthalmology Project ORBIS welcomed Dr. Chansue as its first ophthalmologist from Southeast Asia from 1989 to 1991. Later, he accepted a fellowship position at Washington University Eye Center in St. Louis, Missouri, where he took part in a clinical investigation into the use of the excimer laser. After moving back to Thailand, Dr. Chansue served as the Ramathibodi Hospital's Director of Cornea and Refractive Surgery from 1993 until 2001. He was hailed as ""The First Surgeon to Perform LASIK in Thailand."" Regarded highly in the field of refractive surgery, Dr. Chansue.He has extensive experience, having performed thousands of refractive surgery procedures.
