Prior to opening his own private practise, Dr. Lee served as the Director of the Vascular Program at the National Neuroscience Institute and the Head of the Neurosurgical Division at the National University Hospital. Including a first author publication in Lancet, Dr. Lee has contributed to more than 100 medical journal articles for worldwide publications. He has been given permission to conduct business in Christchurch, New Zealand, Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City, and Indonesia. The Spine Surgery Service at Changi General Hospital (CGH), which is a part of the Integrated Spinal Service made up of both neurosurgeons and orthopaedic surgeons, is now directed by Dr. Dinesh Shree Kumar, a senior consultant with the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. In 2005, Dr. Ling received her degree from Scotland's Dundee University. He received his basic training in surgery in Singapore before pursuing specialised study in neurosurgery at the National Neuroscience Institute (NNI).
