Mr Faiz Mumtaz

With more than 18 years of experience practicing general urology, Mr. Faiz Mumtaz is a consultant urologist with a subspecialty in keyhole surgery and minimally invasive robotic kidney cancer surgery. After earning his degree in 1985, Faiz completed his postgraduate training at University College London and the Royal Free Hospital. He has taken part in numerous clinical trials and has been awarded numerous awards for cutting-edge research. He has created a 3D technology that enables him to carry out extremely difficult robotic surgeries for kidney cancer, one of which is the preservation of the kidney because only the kidney tumor is removed. On the topics of urology and kidney cancer, he has written a number of peer-reviewed articles as well as a textbook on urological emergencies.
