Dr. Walid Adnan Ghutmi

With more than 21 years of experience, Dr. Walid Adnan is a Reproductive Medicine and Infertility Specialist. As an assistant medical director at FIRST-IVF in Beirut, one of the top IVF clinics in Lebanon, Dr. Walid began his career in private practise. Dr. Walid put a lot of effort into honing his abilities over the following four years, performing more than 600 retrievals and transfers annually, including hysteroscopies, diagnostic and operative laparoscopies, and the then-common ZIFT and GIFT procedures. He contributed simultaneously to the publication of five studies in national and local journals. He made the decision to launch his own IVF facility by the end of 2003. In terms of the quantity of annual IVF cases and success rate, the Eve Medical Center in Lebanon, which opened its doors in March 2004, quickly rose to the top of the country.
