Dr Kamal Kiran

In 1995, Dr. Kamal Kiran graduated from Mysore Medical College with an MBBS degree and from Bangalore Medical College with an MD degree in medicine. He received his DNB in nephrology from the National Board of Examinations in 2005 while being advised by Prof. JCM Shastry, the dean of Indian nephrology. From 2005 till December 2014, he worked as a consultant nephrologist at Kamineni Hospitals. From March 2006 to February 2008, he was employed as a senior renal registrar at Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide, Australia. Passionate about transplantation, especially procedures that are thought to be high risk, like as kidney transplants for patients with Abo incompatibility and transplants for patients with Cross-match positive kidneys. creating hemodiafiltration as a revolutionary improvement over conventional hemodialysis. Deeply Interested In The Study Of The Pharmacodynamics Of Transplantation And The Genetics Of Diabetes, Kidney Diseases.
