From 2003 to 2005, He worked as a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad.In 2009, he performed the first crosswise joint peripheral angioplasty in South India using flexible stent technology. In 2006, he opened the first Advanced Hypertension Clinic in Kerala, offering 24-hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring. Over ten worldwide multicenter clinical trials were conducted with him as the principal investigator. He specializes in Adult interventional cardiac procedures, such as coronary angiography and angioplasty Angioplasty of leg arteries for diabetic foot patients, Angioplasty of the head and neck arteries for stroke prevention and therapy. Also, he has performed keyhole valve replacement without surgery For obstructed heart valves. He have performed More than 3000 Coronary Angioplasty procedures. He used Rotablation, Intravascular Ultrasound, FFR, and other Angioplasty optimization technologies to perform over 900 difficult angioplasty procedures. In 2013, he was given Fellowship by the European Society of Cardiology (FESC) following by FACC (Federation of American Colleges of Cardiology) in 2015. Again In 2018, he took fellowship from the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI) and the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP) joined forces.
